Fitzgerald Pulls His Punch — The lawyer blogger types no doubt can answer this (or at least offer more informed speculation than I can) but reading Libby's indictment, I have to wonder why Fitzgerald didn't hit him with the 1917 Espionage Act — or even the Intelligence Identities Protection Act (a.k.a.
