Senate rejects Iraq redeployment motions  —  Both Democratic proposals easily defeated  —  Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., trying to convince his colleagues to approve his Iraq troop redeployment resolution, failed by a vote of 86-13.  The resolution of fellow Democrat, Sen.
