Democratic Debate: Edwards Backs Up Obama  —  MANCHESTER, N.H. — Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (N.Y.) cast off the magnanimous, above-the-fray approach she had used up until now in the campaign, aggressively challenging Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.) and former Sen. John Edwards (N.C.) over which of the three can truly bring about change.

Clinton: Obama has changed positions  —  MANCHESTER, N.H. - Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Democratic presidential front-runner no longer, accused campaign rival Barack Obama of changing his positions on health care and “a number of issues” Saturday night in a debate three days before the New Hampshire primary.

Too Much Romney-Bashing  —  A quick thought on the GOP debate:  —  Mitt-bashing has been a preoccupation for this blog, and it was out in full-force tonight.  Huckabee kicked off the proceedings after Romney told him to worry about explaining his own position “and I'll explain mine.”

“I Thought That Mitt Romney Won The debate.”  —  Dick Morris is no friend of Mitt Romney, and his declaration of Romney as the “winner” tonight is the assessment that caught my eye.  That's called “an admission against interest,” and it is very significant.  I think I know why.
