Obama Takes In More Than $31 Million in April  —  Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., hauled in $31.9 million in April (including $600,000 for the general election) to continue his battle for the Democratic nomination against Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-NY, ABC news was first to report tonight.

McCain Has Record Fundraising Month  —  ABC News's Bret Hovell reports: Senator John McCain raised approximately $18 million during the month of April, according to a spokeswoman for his campaign.  —  That is the most that McCain has raised in any month of the campaign so far.

We've Been Had  —  This was Obama's rally in Oregon over the weekend, which saw 75,000 people gather on the waterfront, on a sunny summer day, to hear the great one speak.  Or did they?  The headline in the New York Times was “Obama Draws Huge Crowd in Oregon.”  So they must have been there to see Obama, right?

Obama's Decemberists  —  Turns out that Obama's opening act at the megarally was The Decemberists, a hugely popular indie rock band, which typically opens their concerts with the Soviet National Anthem.  —  How odd that the MSM didn't tell us that a few of the 75K in attendance may have come for the tunes.
