Supreme Court reinstates collective bargaining law  —  By Patrick Marley of the Journal Sentinel  —  Madison - Acting with unusual speed, the state Supreme Court on Tuesday reinstated Gov. Scott Walker's plan to all but end collective bargaining for tens of thousands of public workers.
