Secret Service agents relieved of duty in Colombia amid alleged misconduct  —  Cartagena, Colombia (CNN) — Secret Service agents sent to Colombia ahead of President Barack Obama were relieved of duty and returned home amid allegations of misconduct, a spokesman said.
